Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition with original tags attached.
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, locate your order confirmation and select "Start Return".
Exchanges
Need a different size? We gladly offer exchanges for apparel within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we can issue store credit or process a return.
Start an Exchange
Email us at hello@made-in-minn to begin an exchange.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Stickers
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@made-in-minn.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The product has a manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit may be offered in place of a refund and does not expire.
Items purchased at the Minnesota State Fair or other in-person events may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Returns may be exchanged for another item, store credit, or refunded at our discretion.
